About Me

I always wanted to do something important but enjoyable, something I could be proud of, can make my parents, my siblings, my family, my relatives and people around proud of. Some way I could make a contribution, something meaningful. And if I could do something meaningful I would be great at it because it would be something I loved.

I had job experience of Marketing of heavy machinery in ITC, Bangalore, and Non Destructive Testing in NDT Engineers, Chennai, Bangalore, Goa and Mysore. Supervisory as well as Administration & Marketing experience in Manufacturing Company Breezy Fans, Akola. Agriculture Farming in Amkheda & above all my last job, gave me exhaustive experience of performing all duties except Tension of managing funds & fear of losing something which the company has already achieved.

I was very lucky to have 5 years job experience in various organizations, in various main streams, at various places before starting own enterprise.

Also my education, Diploma in Electrical Engineering supported my decision to do something in Electrical field (Power Sector).

The journey began at 1988 when I came to Pune with strong determination, strong will power, self-belief, full of enthusiasm, zeal and a never say no attitude. My college friend Mr. Chandrashekhar More got me a job with an electrical contractor – Swati Electricals, Narayan Peth, Pune. I worked there for one year. When I left this job, almost for one year I had no work. I spent one year being jobless, in isolation pursuing my dreams. This one year of isolation from family and friends taught me many, many things which I otherwise would have missed totally and wouldn’t have enjoyed my life while creating something for the society and myself what I enjoy today.

Family

Again, as everybody else I also have a very adorable family, they all love me a lot, they care for me, they stand by me, they support me. Today, if somebody ask me to replace this FAMILY word, I will do so with SahanshilataAll these members believe in me, it is their faith that gives me energy to do good, it is their love that inspires me to do great, and it is their support that keep my Upayogita burning alive.

BALANCE IN FAMILY

For the smooth and proper functioning of a human’s life, he has to be very careful in creating a balance between his work and relationships. It can be achieved by creating a focused space between work and our dear ones. It is a law of nature as we start going towards something we start leaving things behind, these left things after a certain period starts demolishing, creating a raft which further leads to insolence. We need to understand relations and make them understand to people who comes to our life later. There is a need for one to one conversation and thus giving a proper time to these relations.

No matter how high you may fly, you should never forget the efforts of relationships and at the same time should express gratitude whenever you get a chance, and this is something that will keep your alliance alive.

Happiness is not a matter of intensity but of balance, order, rhythm and harmony. You will never feel truly satisfied by work until you are satisfied by life. And a true satisfied life means a life surrounded by success along with your favorite folks and all worldly relationships.

Baba

We all have a very special place in our heart for parents, I also have, but yes one thing I want to highlight is, My father never emphasized on materialistic things, he taught me a very important lesson of life and that is Upayogita. So, whenever a situation occurred where otherwise a person would get panicked, I learned to look it very closely and find a way in such a way that no one should get hurt or feel bad about.

Friend

Our thoughts and experiences are our best friends, but they are intangible in nature, so I think God created a mechanism of bringing Pure Hearted People in our Life. They may not be a routine part of my life, but whenever I need them, they are there.

Experience

Yes, experience is the fourth formative force my life, independent of situations, Sahanshilatadid not came alone in my life, with every swing, I was learning to go into the depths of the waters, the energy which once was utilized for reaching ahead, slowly started getting deeper into the waters, all I did was Let Go, each experience cleansed me and brought light of Krutadnyata(Humility & Humbleness ) into my life.
